This coupled with retail and wholesale equipment sales and valuation experience ensures marketing strength and business savvy to you as a seller, while delivering the best product and land knowledge possible to buyers.

SUE BILISKE:
Sue Biliske has been involved with all aspects of auctions and the inner workings of them since 1998. Her work ethic and experience in marketing, administration, clerking and cashiering some of the largest multi-seller auctions held in the region, in addition to being involved in numerous equipment appraisals and land sales is an integral part of our success.

ALLEN MERRILL:
Allen Merrill’s 35 year tenure as a farmer and land owner brings land expertise seldom found in traditional real estate firms. His knowledge of irrigation, drainage & farming practices are paramount to any type of land transaction. Whether your farmland has been in your family for years, or is newly acquired, his practical approach to sales will make you feel at ease as a buyer or a seller.

JOHN STEINKE:
John Steinke recently joined our sales force. John will be a regional representative responsible for managing machinery accounts in the tri-state region. John grew up and farmed in the Cavalier, ND area and now resides in Grand Forks. His extensive equipment knowledge and good people skills are an excellent addition to our team.
